Georgetown Campus

Plan A Visit!

Hill Country Bible Church Georgetown has something for everyone. We welcome everyone from all walks of life into our community, and would love to meet you. We know that visiting a church for the first time can sometimes be an overwhelming experience, but having an idea of what to expect can certainly help.

WHEN SHOULD I SHOW UP?

Our Sunday worship services begin at 9:30 am and 11:00 am, and features programs for infants and children all the way through 5th grade. Learn more HERE.

So that you won’t feel rushed, we recommend that you arrive 15 minutes before the service so that you have time to drop off your kids at their programs and make your way into the main auditorium.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

Our service is for you and we welcome the laid back Central Texas lifestyle, so come dressed however you feel most comfortable. We’re thrilled that you’re joining us and want you to be more focused on the service than what you’re wearing. Dressed up or dressed down, we have a variety of styles at our service.

HOW DO I GET THERE?

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT?

We are committed to a compelling and challenging presentation of God’s truth. Our format is accessible to anyone, no matter where they are on their life’s journey. We're a "come as you are" kind of place where everyone is welcome and accepted. If you are searching for dynamic worship, relevant Bible teaching, and friendly people, please feel free to visit us this Sunday. Our aim is to create an environment where God is easy to find and hard to forget.

Our worship is designed to help you connect with and experience God. You can expect slightly different styles at each of our campuses, all with the intent of connecting with everyone who attends.

WHAT WILL THE MESSAGE BE LIKE?

Every week, you will hear a relevant, straightforward message based on Scripture that will help you develop a growing, vibrant relationship with Jesus Christ and provide a strong Biblical foundation. Some messages will be taught verse-by-verse and others will be topical. We like to mix in a lot of Bible, some personal stories, life application, and humor.

DO I HAVE TO GIVE AN OFFERING?

Each week, we set aside a time for offerings, but as a guest, please do not feel any pressure to give. We want to make sure you're not made to feel uncomfortable and don't feel pressured to give. Giving is an act of worship for our regular attendees, allowing them to thank God for the work he is doing in their lives and gives Hill Country Bible Church the means to reach more people for Christ in the future.

DO YOU HAVE COMMUNION?

We celebrate communion together during designated Sunday services. We typically celebrate communion on the first Sunday of the month. Anyone can participate in this time of reflection and prayer as long as they’ve previously made the decision to believe in Jesus Christ. The juice and bread we share represent the blood that Jesus shed and His body that was broken on the cross so our sins could be forgiven.
